The event will host the best artisan ice cream makers in Italy, each of which will offer an unprecedented taste. All visitors will be able to taste their creations and vote for their favourite ice cream, whose creator will continue towards the final of the Gelato Festival World Masters 2021. Firenze Gelato Festival is also the perfect opportunity to find out the secrets of the ice cream world among tastings, themed initiatives and educational workshops that will take place in three large food trucks. Among these there is the “Buontalenti” which represents the largest mobile ice cream production laboratory in the world. The entrance ticket to the event will entitle to the tasting of all ice-creams of the competition, plus those of the sponsors and the participation in the activities of the village.
